The usual response, when asking A.n.other musical personage about their influences, tends to be a litany of boring nonsense about dark nights of the soul/the Knights Templar/the pressurezzzzzz of fame. But not so for Swedish party-starters Those Dancing Days.

When asked to reveal what influenced their forthcoming album, guitarist Rebecka simply said 'Life, and pretty boys.'

Thank you for cheering us up today, TDD. If your album is anything like as good as your curly haircuts and lovely pullovers, we will buy ten copies.

Their debut, In Our Space Hero Suits, is released through Wichita on October 6, while the single Home Sweet Home is due out a week before, on September 29.
